| I actually have met Steve Nash, after a Suns game in LA he shook my hand a talked to me a little bit, seemed like a pretty cool guy.
Some other players I have met: Ronny Turiaf, Vince Carter (a few other Nets players), and Derek Fisher (that guy is classy)

| I personally knew a allstar back when I was a kid in the 90's. It was long time ago, and the player has been in the news for serious legal trouble lately.
A member of my family was literally best friends with him, and eventually was employed by him. Because of my known obsession with basketball back then, I was invited multiple times to games. I got to pick any game with the exception of the Bulls because they would sell out immediately.
It was so awesome because I would get the "friends and family" type of pass at Continental Arena. We would enter through the players tunnel and exit with the players after games. I remember being introduced to various players, and them being so nice to me because of my association.
I also got to attend his picnic's, where his former coach Lou Carnesecca would be there, along with other players or known people in the basketball industry would be there.
Definitly was the best time of my life as a kid.

| Oh, Jason Williams. Ya, he retired now. He was a big part of the Heat Championship when they beat the Mavs. Although he was sharing time and starting games with Gary Payton, he was a big help. | |

| lol Nah dude. That's Jason Williams the white guy. I'm talking about Jayson Williams from the New Jersey Nets. 6'10 big man. He played at St. Johns. Lou Carnesecca was his coach
He's actually briefly in the movie "Coming to America". They filmed a scene at madison square garden for a St. Johns game. They show Jayson and Rik Smits battling for a rebound.
Williams made the all star team in 98. He eventually had a career ending knee injury in a collision with Stephon Marbury.
He's had serious legal problems since his retirement. I'm sure you could google it and find out.
He introduced me to his good friend from his sixer days, Charles Barkley. That was the most star struck i've ever been. But others were Chris Childs, Shawn Bradley, Kevin Johnson, PJ Brown.
I met Bob Mcadoo once, Because my friend's parents bought mr mcadoo's house in jersey before he moved to Miami.
