How do you guys see them going in the second half of the season? Should they be given the boot as they have been struggling?

They will be a strong force in the future just have a look at Kevin Durant he will be the face of the NBA in the next couple of years. Jeff Green is showing form and looks like he will only improve his game and he is still very young on the nba seen. I am sure they will pick up a couple of good drafts in the off-season.

Durant = Gun
Green = Future Gun
Westbrook = Almost a Gun Now
Rest = Crap

They need some good recruiting. I reckon they should try and get Carlos Boozer in the off-season, as he has stated that he wants out of Utah at the end of the season.

They also have another pick in the 2009 draft inside the 1st round so it will be very interesting what the Oklahoma Thunder will be like next year.

They have done okay as most of their team are rookies and free agents where they started forming their team.....

Yeah the Oklahoma Thunder picked up their 9th victory of the year beating the Golden State Warriors away from home. I saw the game and with 1.6 seconds left the Thunder in-bounded the ball and passed it to Jeff Green to shoot it just inside the 3 point circle. A lot of fouls in that game but now I really think the Thunder are title contenders in the coming years. 6 wins in their last 11 games now thats good for a team at the start of the season that couldn't be able to pick up a victory. And now the Thunder have showed that they can score points! Westbrook is a star.......

They need to make up a name for the group (Green, Westbrook and Durant). Guys any ideas?

Yeah thats the key will Griffin be drafted by the Thunder though. It would be good to keep the Blake Griffin in Oklahoma where he is currently playing his college BBall. I dont think they can be called the Fantastic 4 due to the Celtics have got it for (Allen, Pierce, Garnett and Rondo), I reckon something like "4 Flying Rookies".

Dam, It was a very disappointing loss yesterday for the Oklahoma Thunder over the Los Angeles Clippers. They were hot favourites but just couldn't be able to pick up a win in a game they expected to do so. We dropped or game in the 3rd quarter and thats where we lost it.

Once again Kevin Durant was on fire with over 40 points but no one seemed to follow him. While on the other hand the Clippers had Eric Gordon get 40 odd points but the difference was Al Thornton follow up with 34 points which the Thunder didn't.

Dang! In a Magic-Spurs or Cavs-Celtics or Lakers-Hornets you won't get a 40 point performance out of someone then on the other team with 40 and 34. Its just not right.

Sorry mate dont quiet understand you there, it is great to see high scoring games it reveals the potential of some of the NBA stars. A high scoring game imo equals a lot more excitement. If Durant is racking up more that 40 points and only been in the NBA a couple of years watch him he will be grabbing 40 points consistently.

The Oklahoma Thunder must have a good franchise down there, the rookies are showing all their potential and that is probably due to the coaches down there or the facilities.

I meant with 2 really good teams clashing it out you won't find a high scoring game from any player.

Oh yeah i agree its because the toper teams have a lot better defensive and it is hard to get around them, just look at the big named teams like Celtics, Magic etc....... They have good defence players like Howard and Garnett. But you will get around them and score a tonne of points if they are having a bad day. Who do u think are they best defenders in the league?

Yeah thats what I thought ae that Dwight Howard would be top was no surprise for me. Marcus Camby isn't getting a lot of minutes this year do you know why this is? I am surprise that Tayshaun Prince is ahead of Dwayne Wade which I wouldn't of said that.

Andrew Bogut is also a great defender that wouldn't be that far off that bunch.

Hopefully the Thunder can keep their momentum and win another game today and now they dont have the worst record!!!!! Should be pretty easy to beat the Memphis Grizzlies unless rookie O.J. Mayo fires away from everywhere.

Who are your best Oklahoma Thunder Players?
Do you think the Thunder will beat the Grizzlies?

Yes i think they will win, but not dominate.

1.) Kevin Durant- Has to help the bigger men out with Marc Gasol. He is an unstoppable force. Durant doesn't really need to work on his offense but I would want him to play a good defnsive game helping out with the SG (O.J. Mayo) and the PF/C (Marc Gasol).

2.) Russell Westbrook- Has to live up to his "#3 Rookie in the League" reputation. He needs to make the floor alive, especially since he is the general.

3.) Jeff Green- I cannot ask much more out of this guy but he was definetely under-rated to be a 2nd round pick, even if it was early second round. I think even the Heat (#1 Pick) if they took him they would have a better outcome than Beasley.

4.) Role Players- They need to learn that they have to step up and live to Durant/Green/Westbrook name and be the Oklahoma Thunder. They should know by now that it isn't just the "Big3".
